Individuals wishing to submit applications for the JSPS postdoctoral fellowships program should refer to the website of Japan Society for the Promotion of Science （JSPS） for details.

To apply, Institute researchers must have an applicant ID and password to access the JSPS Electronic Application System for applying to JSPS's international collaboration programs. Note that this ID and password are different from those necessary to apply for Grants-in-Aid for Scientific Research (Kakenhi). If the applicant does not already have an ID and a password, submit a request to the Research Fund Support Division by filling out the form below and uploading it to Box.

Research Fund Support Division will notify applicants in a Slack channel after applicants' IDs and passwords have been issued.
■Applicants and candidates should use the [ⅱ] fact sheet provided as a guide to completing the application forms. ■Applicants are also required to check with the End User List and the list of countries of concern (Iran, North Korea, Afghanistan, Syria, and Lebanon) available on [ⅲ]Tokyo Tech's page on trade control to see if there are any matches with the information provided on the application forms.
■Before submission, make sure that all the documents are in order by using the [ⅳ]checklist provided.
